SC Sports Center will be in a approx. 25,000-30,000 square foot facility that will provide a climate controlled, well-equipped, centralized location. This indoor facility will include:

  • A professionally designed Indoor Soccer facility with two modern, professionally designed fields.

  • Cafe area selling food and refreshments including beer and snacks.

  • Party room for birthday parties, corporate events, team building events.

Fun Zone inflatable slide, bounce house and obstacle course entertainment

area designed to maximize birthday parties and general admission customers.

A professionally equipped and operated sports specific training facility.

The most important factor of our fields is the turf itself.

We utilize a EPDM nontoxic rubber. Our facility has two modern fields made from

dasher boards made of high density sports panel with a thermally fused melamine surface that will continue to provide excellent play. The boards are supported by 2x2 foot zinc electroplated steel posts every 4 feet for maximum strength. The steel posts are mounted into a floor sleeve in asphalt or concrete floor. A surface mounted steel post is used on a concrete floor as well. Goals are typically 7-1/2 x 14 feet. Goal nets are heavy duty nylon, with 1-3/4 mesh. Our dasher board configuration includes ten feet high walls over the goal, eight feet high walls on the curves and 4 feet high walls on straightaways.

½ inch Plexiglas or tempered glass on straightaways strategically placed by customized comfort stadium style seating to enhance viewing for all spectators.

Where public agencies have struggled to meet demand for recreational green space, for-profit sportsplex entrepreneurs eagerly fill the void.

Self-contained indoor green space has become the venue of choice for many athletes engaged in elite-level training and competition.

Impact investing refers to investments "made into companies, organizations, and funds with the intention to generate a measurable, beneficial social or environmental impact alongside a financial return."[1]

Impact investments provide capital to address social and/or environmental issues. They can be made in either emerging or developed markets, and depending on the goals of the investors, can "target a range of returns from below-market to above-market rates".[2]

Impact investors actively seek to place capital in businesses, nonprofits, and funds in industries such as renewable energy,[3] basic services including housing, healthcare, and education, microfinance, and sustainable agriculture.[4] Impact investing occurs across asset classes; for example, private equity/venture capital, debt, and fixed income.
